For example, Dapagliflozin lowers A1C by up to:

-0.8% in monotherapy at the 5 mg dose.
-0.84% at 10 mg when added to metformin
-0.82% at 10 mg when added to sulfonylurea
-0.97% at 10 mg when added on to pioglitazone
-0.90% at 10 mg when added on to insulin
